ODESSA, Texas — Downtown Odessa will be hosting the annual Parade of Lights on December 7.
The parade will run south on Andrews Highway from 23rd Street, then west on 3rd Street up to the Medical Center Hospital parking lot.
The parade starts at 6:30 p.m., though if you are in a float lineup starts at 3 p.m. in the Odessa College parking lot.
The top three floats in each category will receive a cash prize.
