MIDLAND, Texas — Centennial Park is hoping to bring more families outside during spring break.
They're holding different events so that kids and families will have opportunities to hang out if they're staying in Midland.
On Tuesday, it was all about story time and coloring.
"Now that the warmer weather is coming in, spring break kicks off our programming activities for the year," said Executive Director of Centennial Park Stephanie Martin. "[During] spring break, we try to do something each day. We look for partners to work with and [to] have great activities to offer, like movies in the park, music in the park. We have story and coloring time and field days and free activities for the community to enjoy."
