MIDLAND - The man who robbed a Bank of America branch in Midland has been identified.
The bank robbery suspect has been identified as 42-year-old Mark David Willmann.
During a hearing in Federal Court this afternoon, he was charged with bank robbery.
If convicted he faces 20 years behind bars and a $250,000 fine.
Willmann was arrested in Odessa at the Royal Inn on West 2nd Street on Thursday night.
