MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland has stated that phone lines are experiencing difficulties that are affecting all phone lines for City offices.
The City of Midland has stated that 911 Dispatch will not be affected.
Residents will be notified when more information is provided, according to the City of Midland Facebook page.
