MIDLAND, Texas — Former Midland Mayor Jerry Morales is set to read bible stories to children at Mary's Christian & Gift Store, according to a news release from Mary's Christian and Book Store.
This event is set to take place on from 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mary's Christian & Gift Store, 3205 West Cuthbert Suite A8, Midland, families are invited to join former Midland Mayor Jerry Morales, "as he brings Bible stories to life for children," at a local business.
This is a free community event and is a good way to celebrate the holiday season in a meaningful way. Photos with Santa and Jesus will also be available during this Bible story telling event.
"We're thrilled to have Jerry Morales join us for this special occasion, said Tracy Valles owner of Mary's Cristian & Gift store.," Valles said. "This event is our way of giving back to the community and celebrating the true spirit of Christmas with families of all ages."
