MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland Fire Department responded to a grass fire on the 5000 block of County Road 140.
Smoke could be seen billowing above the city a little before 7:30 a.m. Friday morning.
The fire is contained with no reports of damage or injuries.
It's unclear how the fire started.
