MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland's Parks and Recreation will be hosting its 9th Annual Halloween Fest.
This event will run from 6 to 8 p.m. on October 28 at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center.
Community members are invited to come out in costume to enjoy a free and safe trick or treating experience.
