ODESSA, TX (KWES) - A man accused of crawling into a stall in the bathroom of a department store and exposing himself has turned himself in to Odessa police.
Johnaron Orona, 21, turned himself in the morning of March 31 after police identified him and obtained an indecent exposure warrant.
The original incident happened on March 20.
