MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — Heads up drivers on I-20 at Cotton Flat in Midland County!
The eastbound right lane will be closed from 6 p.m. Thursday to 6 a.m. Friday, according to the Texas Department of Transportation's Odessa District. This is due to a construction team repaving the main lane detour.
