KERMIT, Texas — Multiple agencies are on scene of a five-vehicle accident in Kermit Thursday, according to the Winkler County Sheriff's Office.
The post from WCSO states that the accident happened in the 100 block of East Jim Sharp Blvd.
WCSO has reported no major injuries.
The crash resulted in damage to powerlines which is causing a power outage for parts of the city of Kermit.
All the agencies that responded: WCSO, Kermit Police Department, Winkler County Emergency Services and Kermit Volunteer Fire Department.
KPD is asking the public to avoid the area as the 100 block of East Jim Sharp Blvd and US 302 are partially closed.
