BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK, Texas — Big Bend National Park is celebrating its 75th anniversary with a special birthday bash.
The Big Bend Conservancy has been raising funds this year for the national park and will be holding the bash on October 11.
The bash will run from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Museum of the Big Bend on the Sul Ross State University Campus in Alpine.
Featured at this event will be live music, activities and giveaways. This event is free and open to the public.
