Fort Stockton Water Carnival Parade set to happen this Saturday, July 20

The scheduled route for the parade is set to begin on Rio Street and then move through Dickinson Street and finish at Main Street at Zero Stone Park.

FORT STOCKTON, Texas — The Fort Stockton Water Carnival Association has announced that the Water Carnival Parade is happening this Saturday, July 20. 

According to their post on Facebook, the scheduled route for the parade is set to begin on Rio Street and then move through Dickinson Street and finish at Main Street at Zero Stone Park. 

It was noted that for pageant contestants to be in the parade, they must have been crowned winners from Thursday and Friday's pageants, except for the Junior Miss and Miss Fort Stockton pageants. 

NewsWest 9's Victor Lopez and Aurora Murray will be judging Friday's pageant competition.

If winners are from a different pageant, they need to fill out an entry form.
