MIDLAND, Texas — Rescue Runners on Saturday will be dedicated to the late Midland City Councilman At-Large Dan Corrales.
The City of Midland is doing this in memory of Corrales because of "his love and dedication to the animals of Midland."
According to the city, the memorial, which is currently set up in council chambers, will be moved to Midland Animal Services for the Rescue Runners event.
Rescue Runners will be from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3. Join MAS along with the Midland Fire Department to walk or run with the adorable shelter puppies.
