ODESSA, Texas — The Black Cultural Council of Odessa organized this year's "Takin' it to the Next Level" Beauty Pageant.
The event, held in commemoration of Juneteenth, featured three categories: Little Miss Juneteenth, Junior Miss Juneteenth and Miss Juneteenth.
The evening also included special encore performances from previous year's winners, adding to the excitement.
