ODESSA, Texas — According to the City of Odessa Facebook page, registration is now open for the Police Athletic League (PAL).
PAL is a youth program that keeps kids active throughout the summer with fun activities that will allow them to interact with the Odessa Police Department officers.
The program will begin Tuesday, May 28 through Friday, June 21, and is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Registration for PAL will be on Saturday, April 20 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Floyd Gwinn Gym located at 2300 W. 10th St. It is first come, first serve.
To register, make sure both the registration form and the release form are printed and filled out.
There is also a registration fee of $100 per child, and they are only accepting cash or money orders. Checks are not accepted.
It is advised to bring the completed forms and the cash/money order to the registration on April 20.
