ODESSA, Texas — History has been made in Odessa!
On Monday, the City of Odessa announced that Odessa Fire Rescue (OFR) has their first ever female captain.
Captain Kayla Hogan has been with OFR for 14 years.
The city describes Captain Hogan as "a leader and a mentor to other women in the department."
