ODESSA, Texas — Chevron Permian has made a donation of $10,000 to Legacy High School student projects that will enhance the Crisis Center of West Texas.
The Crisis Center of West Texas (CCWTX) provides support for victims of sexual and domestic violence.
According to Permian Proud, the CCWTX will be expecting to receive a new indoor and exterior mural, a renovated playroom and therapy/conference rooms. Also, they are expecting new baby care bags for mothers seeking refuge at the center.
The projects were made possible by Midland Legacy High School students who participate in the Abell-Hanger Foundation's Students in Philanthropy (SIP) program.
