MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — The Midland County Library will be hosting two events in the upcoming days.
The first will be a legal aid clinic held at the Midland County Law Library. The event will be held on Feb. 14 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Attendees can receive guidance on evictions, unemployment benefits, bankruptcy, family law, foreclosure prevention, expunctions, and license restoration. The second event will be a Basics to Investments seminar that will educate attendees on how to navigate the world of investing and help kick-start their own personal investment strategy. The event will take place on Feb. 15, and start at 5:30 p.m. at the Centennial Library. The seminar is designed for both beginners and those who are already investing and would like to refresh their knowledge.
