ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa police arrested three subjects following a traffic stop on August 3.
At around 11:12 a.m. on Friday, Jason Dwight Waller, 29, was arrested for Evading Arrest with a Prior Conviction "State Jail Felony", Burglary of a Building (Warrant) "State Jail Felony", as well as for two misdemeanor warrants.
Police also arrested Wendy Dawn Nading, 44, for Harboring Apprehension or Prosecution of a Felon "3rd Degree Felony" and Thomas Ray Johnson, 47, for Possession of a Controlled Substance "State Jail Felony", Forgery "State Jail Felony", and Bail Jumping & Failure to Appear "State Jail Felony".
Police initially noticed a green Honda element on the 3700 block of Holley with plates that belonged to a red 2001 Chevrolet truck.
Officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, from which a male subject exited and evaded officers. The man ran into a residence on the street, causing officers to set up a perimeter and obtain a search warrant.
Upon searching the residence, officers located Waller, Nading and Johnson inside.
According to investigation, Nading had harbored multiple wanted felons.
Waller reportedly had a felony warrant for burglary of a building and a prior conviction for evading arrest. Johnson had three felony warrants for possession of a controlled substance, forgery and bail jumping and failure to appear.
Nading, Waller and Johnson have all been transported to the ECLEC.
