ODESSA – An arrest has been made in connection with a murder that happened at an Odessa hotel back in 2014 and police are searching for a second suspect.
Odessa Police tell NewsWest 9, 32-year-old Michael Rashad Johnson has been arrested for murder.
As you may recall, Odessa Police were called to the Studio 6 Motel in the 3000 block of East Highway 80 back on April 3, 2014 in reference to two gunshot victims.
When officers arrived on the scene, they found two victims that had been shot multiple times.
Both victims, 36-year-old Duane Green and 40-year-old Spencer Johnson, were taken to Medical Center Hospital but Green later died.
Police are still searching for 39-year-old Darius Earl Tillman in connection with his involvement in the shooting.
