MIDLAND - City officials in Midland will be ringing in 2014 with a new Finance Director.
Pam Simecka relocated from Topeka, Kansas to join the city's finance department earlier this month and replace Finance Director Bob McNaughton after his retirement.
Simecka is a CPA with a Master's Degree in Public Administration.
She is also a certified governmental finance manager.
