MIDLAND, Texas — WesTex Urgent Care and Kent Kwik Convenience Stores are teaming up for the 2nd Annual Safety in Mind event.
From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 1, you can bring your child to CJ Kelly Park and they will receive a free bicycle helmet to use when riding bicycles, skateboards and more. Adults will also learn how to make sure the helmet fits properly to ensure safety.
Featured at the event will be free hot dogs, snow cones and face painting. Juice and Rocky from the Rockhounds will be in attendance and there will also be bouncy houses and bull rides.
Peyton's Bikes will be giving away a bike during the event.
