City of Midland Parks and Recreation parks closures upcoming for maintenance

Fasken Park, Beal Dog Park and Hogan Dog Park will have work being done coming up and a couple of the parks won't allow dogs until the park irrigation is finished.

MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland announced that the City of Midland Parks and Recreation are closing two parks on Thursday, Oct. 26 and one park on Tuesday, Oct. 31.

Fasken Park will close on Thursday for post emergent application to kill weeds.

Beal Dog Park is closing on Thursday for pre-emergent application and dogs are not allowed to enter the park until irrigation has watered the area. Hogan Dog Park will be open that day, but Hogan will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 31 for the same maintenance. Beal Dog Park will be open on Halloween.
