ODESSA, Texas — Update:
The City of Odessa tells NewsWest 9 that there are no active line breaks in Odessa.
The city said crews have been "hard at work" to fix the water main breaks.

The City of Odessa’s Utilities Department is experiencing a high amount of water main breaks throughout the city Sunday, the City of Odessa said on their Facebook page.
Due to the water main breaks, some areas of the city may experience low water pressure or brief outages.
"We are responding quickly to reroute water and make necessary repairs," the City of Odessa said in their post. "We appreciate your patience during this cold snap and will continue to work hard to ensure the City has safe, clean, and adequate drinking water."
The City of Odessa said if an Odessa resident encounters an outage or sees large amounts of water near the resident's home, please call 432-335-3318.
