Representatives in West Texas have issued statements after a fatal shooting took place at Former President Donald Trump's Butler, Pennsylvania rally on Saturday. According to a Truth Social post from the former president, he was grazed in the ear by a bullet from the shooter.
NewsWest 9 has obtained a statement from Midland Mayor Lori Blong in relation to the fatal shooting.

District 31 Senator Kevin Sparks also issued a statement on the fatal shooting at Former President Donald Trump's PA. rally. Below is what he said on Facebook:
"Today was a dark day for our nation. I am revolted by the attempt on President Trump's life. I encourage all of us to turn to God in the face of this godless act. Cesar Blanco, a senator who represents El Paso and West Texas, issued the below statement on Facebook following the shooting:
