MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — Midland County Public Libraries said in a press release that the Library at the Plaza will be closed from Feb. 26 to March 4 for essential maintenance and facility improvements.

Midland County Public Libraries said scheduled passport appointments will still be going on during the closure and people with an appointment may access the passports office through the library's east side entrance next to the hot air balloon sculpture. Instructions on entering the building will be posted.

According to the release, regularly scheduled Storytime programs at the Library at the Plaza will be held at Centennial Library. Bilingual Storytime will be on Monday, at 4:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Book Babies will be at 10:30 a.m. and Toddler Tales will be at 11:30 a.m.
