ODESSA, Texas — Two Odessa Fire Rescue members have been deployed to assist with Hurricane Beryl in Houston.
On behalf of the Texas Intrastate Fire Mutual Aid System (TIFMAS) All-Hazards Incident Strike Teams, this deployment supports the impacts and anticipated impacts of Hurricane Beryl.
The two members, Lieutenant Elbis Nicolas and Firefighter Clayton King, are a part of Strike Team 166 in Houston and have been assigned to help the Army National Guard in high water vehicles.
