BIG SPRING, Texas — A water valve project that was scheduled for Tuesday on the west side of Big Spring has been postponed until further notice, according to the City of Big Spring.
People who live in the area of South Monticello Street to Marshall Drive will experience low to no water pressure on Wednesday at 8 a.m.
