BIG SPRING, Texas — The Public Works Department will be changing out water valves on the west side of Big Spring Tuesday morning, according to a public service announcement.
People in the area of West Highway 80 and Airbase Road will experience a temporary period of low to no water pressure beginning at 8 a.m.
