MIDLAND, Texas — The City of Midland says 42-year-old Daniel Pierre Felder has been taken into custody after committing robbery and assaulting a patron.
The incident occurred on Monday at 3:50 p.m. when officers responded to 3310 W. Wall St. in reference to a robbery.
According to an investigation, it revealed that Felder stole a cash register and assaulted a citizen on his way out of the store.
After a search of the area and looking at surveillance footage, Midland Police located and identified Felder and took him into custody.
Felder was transported to the Midland County Central Detention Center.
The City of Midland says the investigation is on-going and NewsWest 9 will update this story once we learn more.
