After a string of thefts in Odessa, authorities are attempting to identify perpetrators

The Odessa Police Department is asking for the public's help to identify suspects in two separate thefts in Odessa.

ODESSA, Texas — Multiple thefts occurred in Odessa; authorities are investigating.

According to a news release from Odessa Public Information Officer Corporal Steve LeSueur, authorities are looking for an unknown male and female, who stole over $2,000 in merchandise from a Best Buy. LeSueur said the pair left the Best Buy in "a black SUV".  

A separate incident also occurred at a Lowe's Home Improvement Store; authorities estimate two males stole over $500 worth of merchandise.  Before leaving the Lowes in a white sedan.

LeSueur also stated in the press release "anyone who recognizes these suspects are encouraged to contact detective M.Troglin at 432-284-2012, or Odessa Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS."
