ODESSA, Texas — 20-year-old Frank Ronquillo, who was wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in Midland County, has been arrested by Ector County Sheriff's Office, according to jail records.
Ronquillo has also been arrested for evading arrest and escape from custody.
No bond has been set yet.
