During the course of the fire investigations, several devices used to cause fires were located.
An arrest warrant was issued and Neet was charged with arson and taken into custody by BCSO.
"Sheriff [Ronny] Dodson would like to commend Deputy Hector Holguin for his hard work and dedication to this investigation," BCSO said in a Facebook post. "Also, many thanks to the Texas A&M Forest Service Investigators for the assistance."
