ALPINE, Texas — Brewster County Sheriff's Office records obtained by NewsWest 9 show that David Matthew Neet, an Alpine volunteer firefighter and Odessa EMS crew member, was charged with 20 counts of arson.
Neet is suspected of setting several grass fires, according to BCSO.
During the course of the fire investigations, several devices used to cause fires were located.
An arrest warrant was issued and Neet was charged with arson and taken into custody by BCSO.
Neet's bond has been set at $300,000.
