GAINES COUNTY, Texas — The Odessa Crime Stoppers need the public’s help in finding 26-year-old Tyler Axel Rogers, who is wanted on numerous felony warrants out of Gaines County.
He is considered armed and dangerous, as well as a flight risk. Rogers is 5’11”, weighs 160 lbs., and has tattoos on his hands, arms, neck, face, back, stomach, and thighs.
