MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — On Friday, Midland Crime Stoppers reissued a cash reward of $6,000 for any information into the case of the alleged May 12 Midland County murder of Oklahoma man Austin Winn.
According to Midland Crime Stoppers, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, deputies were dispatched to the 10,000 block of West I-20 in Midland County in reference to an unknown medical call.
When deputies arrived, they discovered a deceased male with a possible gunshot wound laying on the ground outside of his 18-wheeler.
Foul play is suspected and the case is being investigated as a homicide, according to MCSO. The body has been sent off for an autopsy.
