ODESSA, Texas — Ector County court records report that Amy Reyes and Leo Delanie Vincent were arrested and charged with delivery of methamphetamine. Reyes was additionally charged with tampering with evidence and Delanie was also charged with two traffic offenses.
According to the investigation, on Oct. 25, an officer contacted Reyes to purchase a quantity of methamphetamine. The officer later made contact with Reyes and requested to purchase 14 grams of meth worth $490. Reyes agreed but wanted to run the transfer by her husband, Vincent.
Surveillance video at the residence where Reyes lives at showed her and Vincent leaving the residence and traveling to the location where the transfer and purchase would take place.
The officer requested back up and that officer stopped the vehicle occupied by the couple.
According to court records, the officer searched the vehicle and concluded that Vincent failed to maintain a single lane and had expired registration.
The findings for meth in the vehicle came up negative, records show, but after a search warrant was issued by a judge, Reyes was taken to Medical Center Hospital where a search warrant was executed.
The court records stated that Reyes had 14 grams of methamphetamine stashed in her vagina.
Both Reyes and Vincent were then arrested.
