Hobbs Police Department say they captured the homicide suspect Monday night

Hobbs PD had an active arrest warrant out for 20-year-old Alexis Saenz who was involved in a "Homicide by Vehicle" incident that occurred on Nov. 19.

HOBBS, N.M. — Update:

The Hobbs Police Department said Monday night that they captured 20-year-old Alexis Saenz, who was involved in a vehicle homicide on Nov. 19. 

"Thank you to all who shared this information," Hobbs PD said. "We would also like to thank the law enforcement agencies that assisted with her capture."

The Hobbs Police Department needs assistance in locating 20-year-old homicide suspect Alexis Saenz.

HPD has an active arrest warrant for Saenz with the charge being "Homicide by Vehicle", due to a domestic dispute that occurred on Nov. 19.

A Hobbs, New Mexico woman, 19-year-old Adeja Baca, was severely injured because of the dispute.

Baca was transported to UMC Hospital in Lubbock, TX. where she would later die.
