MIDLAND, Texas — A man was arrested Tuesday in Midland for manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, according to the Midland County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
According to a MCSO news release, the MCSO narcotics unit with the help of MCSO Swat Team and US Border Patrol, conducted an investigation using a search warrant at the 2700 block of West Washington Ave, near Ulmer Park.
During the search, officials found amounts of "cocaine and US currency."
20-year-old Juan Martinez was arrested and booked into the Midland County Central Detention Center. He is under a $25,000 bond.
Four others were detained by the US Border Patrol to be investigated for their immigration status.
