MIDLAND, Texas — Midland County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) arrested a man for manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone on Nov. 21.
According to a news release, the MCSO Narcotics Unit issued a search warrant and directed an investigation for drug distribution at the 4300 block of Mercedes Dr located in the proximity of a Midland Independent School District elementary school.
During the search warrant, MCSO seized Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Marijuana.
John Hardy Burkart was arrested for multiple counts of possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone, his bond is set at $350,000.
