ODESSA, Texas — Odessa Police say 42-year-old Jesus Jose Chavez, wanted for theft, was arrested Thursday.
OPD conducted a traffic stop of Chavez at the intersection of Kermit Hwy and W. University Blvd. at 4:11 p.m.
The investigation continues, OPD says, but Chavez was booked into the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
More charges are "anticipated."
