ODESSA, Texas — Ector County Environmental Enforcement needs the public's help in identifying a man who dumped four loads of unknown fluids out of a waste hauler, according to an Odessa Crime Stoppers Facebook post.
The alleged illegal dumping happened west of Yukon and Knox between Sept. 4 and Sept. 5.
If anyone recognizes the man, call Crime Stoppers at 432-333-TIPS or use their app P3Tips. All tips will remain anonymous.
