CRANE COUNTY, Texas — A man by the name of Yosvanis Rafael Leyv Almaguer is wanted in Crane County for oil theft Friday, according to a Crane County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) Facebook post.
Almaguer is accused of stealing oil in Crane County and possibly other areas in the Permian Basin.
CCSO said Almaguer is facing a third degree felony.
It was not reported of how much oil was stolen, but according to the Texas penal Code 31.19, "a felony of the third degree if the total value of the petroleum product appropriated is $10,000 or more but less than $100,000."
