MIDLAND COUNTY, Texas — 12 people have been arrested in a massive Midland County prostitution sting operation called "Operation Independence," according to a press release from the Midland County Sheriff's Office.
Below are the people arrested for solicitation of prostitution:
- 23-year-old Austin Brown
- 53-year-old Nebraska Draughter
- 20-year-old Adrian Granado
- 42-year-old Orland Mcneely
- 29-year-old Carter Morris
- 47-year-old Ariel Curbelo
- 22-year-old Swade Scott
- 42-year-old Adam Poore
- 59-year-old Martin Schmidt
- 38-year-old Tyrand Williams
- 24-year-old Nicolas Vela
- 28-year-old Austin Ott
The agencies involved in "Operation Independence" are MCSO, Midland Police Department, Texas DPS CID, Texas DPS Highway Patrol, Odessa Police Department and Midland Independent School District.
All 12 individuals have been booked into the MCSO Central Detention Center.
