MIDLAND, Texas — The Midland Crime Stoppers have received surveillance footage of a person of interest in a homicide case in Midland County in the 10,000 block of West I-20 on May 12. That person has been identified and no tips are needed for the person of interest specifically.
According to Midland Crime Stoppers, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sunday, May 12, deputies were dispatched to the 10,000 block of West I-20 in Midland County in reference to an unknown medical call.
When deputies arrived, they discovered a deceased male with a possible gunshot wound laying on the ground outside of his 18-wheeler.
Foul play is suspected and the case is being investigated as a homicide, according to MCSO. The body has been sent off for an autopsy.
Crime stoppers said video footage showed a white Ford Expedition in the area of the suspected homicide.
