MIDLAND, Texas — A Midland man has been arrested for injury to a child according to a news release from the Midland County Sheriff's Office (MCSO).
According to the release the offense is in reference to an incident that occurred on Nov.22.
MCSO states that they responded to Midland Memorial Hospital in reference to a report of child abuse against an infant.
An arrest warrant was obtained, and 18-year-old Devion Anthony Gomez was subsequently arrested and booked into Midland County Central Detention Center.
