ODESSA, Texas — Odessa Police said Friday that they have arrested a man who is suspected of robbery at a DK in Odessa.
Police say they responded to a robbery at 6 a.m. that occurred at a DK located at 600 S. Grandview Ave.
A victim of the robbery told Odessa Police that an "unknown male", later identified as 60-year-old Curtis Leon Henderson, said "this is a robbery" and demanded cash while threating the victim with a knife.
OPD said Henderson then fled the scene with merchandise and an "undisclosed" amount of cash.
Police say they found Henderson at Barrett Ave. and Avenida de Mexico.
Henderson was arrested and charged with armed robbery and transported to the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
