ODESSA, Texas — The Odessa Police Department needs help tracking down a suspect who possibly vandalized City Hall early Thursday morning.
An investigation by OPD revealed that around 12:18 a.m., a suspected vandal used an ashtray receptacle to damage the glass doors located on the north side of the City Hall building.
At this time no arrests have been made and there is minimal suspect information.
The suspect is described as a male wearing a dark-colored hoodie, jeans, black shoes and a black backpack.
