A 20-year-old Odessa woman has been charged again with having sexual relations with the same underage boy she had previous relations with, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by NewsWest 9.

Baeza was indicted for aggravated assault of the then 13-year-old boy on April 15. On April 2, she was let out on a $500 bond for possession of marijuana, according to jail records. For the aggravated assault with a child charge, she was being held without a bond.

Now, Baeza has been allegedly caught again with the same boy, this time he is 14 years old.

The affidavit states that on May 23, the father of the 14-year-old reported to police that there was continuous sexual abuse of a child.

The father told police that he noticed messages between his son and Baeza and that he believed both were having sexual intercourse again.

According to the affidavit, the father sent his kid out of town for several weeks.

On Sept. 26, the officer listed on the affidavit, Brian Cordero, said he was given consent by the teen's father to search the 14-year-old's phone.

Officer Cordero found a hidden folder on the teen's phone that contained 61 files, four of them being videos. One of the videos taken on Sept. 19 visibly showed Baeza initiating sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old boy.

Due to all factors within the investigation, Baeza was charged with sexual assault of a child, a second degree felony, and tampering with electronic monitoring devices.

According to jail records, Baeza is being held without bond for aggravated assault of a child. She has a $30,000 bond set for her sexual assault of a child charge and a $10,000 bond for the tampering with electronic monitoring devices charge.
