PECOS, Texas — UPDATE: Lopez has been located and arrested, according to Pecos Police Department.

The Pecos Police Department are looking for a suspect wanted for murder.
On Saturday at about 12 a.m., PPD were called to an area in reference to an aggravated assault. A victim was taken to Reeves Regional Health ER due to injuries allegedly sustained in the assault. They were later taken to another hospital where they died due to their injuries.
The suspect was identified by police and arrest warrants were obtained. The suspect is identified as 36-year-old Adam Lopez Garcia, and is wanted for first degree murder and aggravated assault.
Officers with PPD, Reeve's County Sheriff's Office and DPS CID Agents are currently looking for Garcia.
Anyone with any information on Garcia's whereabouts should call 432-445-4911. If wanting to remain anonymous, call 432-445-9898. Tips leading to Garcia's arrest could be worth up to $1,500.
Garcia is considered armed and dangerous.
